How does GolfRedefined.com work?

There are a number of options:

a) MEMBERSHIP: Join our site by selecting a 1 or 3 month membership package OR

b) PAY PER RENTAL: Simply rent the golf drivers from our site OR

c) both

Option (a) is for those who want to become members and who want the ability to always have the the best golf drivers of their choice in their bag.  You can swap the top golf drivers at will for one low monthly or quarterly amount

Option (b) is for those who want to try out a number of golf drivers at the same time and generally for a short period

Option (c) is for those who want to be able to have more than one golf driver out at the same time

What are the main differences between the membership levels?

Check out our Pricing page, but in a nutshell, our top tier gets access to the very latest golf drivers as soon as they're released.  Our lower tiers only get access to these drivers for golf once they have been on the market for a few months.  In terms of membership we offer monthly and quarterly payment options, but remember, the longer you sign up for, the more awesome the benefits!

 

What is the difference between my "Driver Queue" and "Rental Cart"?

With "Driver Queue" you've signed up to be a regular member.  Your "Driver Queue" shows the golf drivers you have selected and wish to try.  They are listed in order of priority.  Your first choice will be shipped immediately (if it's in stock) or after a short wait (if it's not).  You may change the priority of the best golf drivers in your queue at any time.

Your "Rental Cart" refers to the short term rental option only where you're renting different drivers for golf on an ad-hoc basis.  You don't need to become a regular paying member to use this service, although you will obviously need to create an account.  The benefit of this option is that you will be able to have more than one of the best golf drivers out at a time! 

 

How many golf driver switches can I make?

As a member you can make as many switches as you like, although, we recommend not more than one per month.  When testing one of the top golf drivers, you want to get the full experience of your selection, enjoying it over a number of rounds.  For adjustable golf drivers you will need some time to test the different settings.  Our experience suggests that 4 swaps a year is the average.

 

Can I try 2 or more of the top golf drivers at once?

Yes but only under our rental only option.

 

Do you offer golf drivers for Ladies or Left-Handers?

Unfortunately not at this time.

 

I live in the Northeast and only play for 7 months of the Year.  Can I be a member for just 7 months?

Of course!  There are no restrictions on how long you can be a member.

 

How does the shipping work?

We ship all drivers for golf with the main courier services.  All packages have tracking numbers.  When you select one of our top golf drivers we ship it to you in a nicely packaged box.  It's like your birthday, except for the getting old part!  Included in the box is the golf driver, head cover, tool (when required), terms and conditions and packaging. 

DEFINITELY keep the box and packaging.

When you're ready to swap the golf driver for another one of the best golf drivers, pop it in the box, print the pre-paid return shipping label (available in your account) and call the courier for pickup or drop it off.  

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your membership level and are clearly displayed for each membership tier.  We do charge shipping costs when we ship the golf drivers, but the return shipping is always FREE.

 

Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories? What about Internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii and the other US territories. We are hoping to roll out to these other markets shortly.

 

I'm having difficulty printing my return shipping FedEx label?

If you are using the Safari browser on a Mac you may have an issue.  Fedex do not support that browser.  Please try one of the other browsers.  If you continue to have problems contact us.

 

How long will it take to receive my choice of the best golf drivers?

That depends! (doesn’t it always?).  If it's in stock it will take from 2 to 4 days depending where you are in the country.  We currently ship from New York so the East Coast takes approximately 2 days, while the Mid US is 3 days and West Coast 4 days.

If it is not in stock it may take a few extra days so we can procure the golf drivers of your choice! 

 

What if golf drivers are lost or damaged in transit?

You are not liable for anything that happens prior to delivery.  However if golf drivers are damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in order not to be charged for damage.

 

Are all golf drivers in stock at all times?

In nearly every case there will be a wide choice from the top golf drivers.  However, depending on demand for newly released drivers for golf by the manufacturers, there may be a delay in receiving the very latest models.  Our goal is to ALWAYS have the best golf drivers you want ready to ship.

 

What do I need to know about the "Rent Only" option?

On each of our golf drivers product pages you have the option of renting the best golf drivers without having to sign up for one of our monthly or quarterly memberships.  Our system will automatically calculate a price for you based on the length of rental.  Note that while we take your credit card details and pre-authorize at the time of selection we only charge you when we actually ship the golf driver to you.  To avoid any late fees you must ship the golf drivers back on the last day of your rental. 

 

Are these "new" golf drivers? What condition are the golf drivers in?

All of our golf drivers are in either new or "like new" condition.  

 

What happens when once I am done putting drivers in my member queue? 

Periodically throughout the day we check our inventory to confirm the availability of the golf drivers in your member queue.  If it is available we get it ready and it will show up as "processing" in your queue.  Once it has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order, including a delivery itinerary with package tracking details.  If the golf driver is not available there may be a short wait.  We'll contact you as soon as we ship it.  Alternatively by putting other drivers in your member queue and prioritizing them we will ship your next selection if it is available.

 

Can I upgrade my account?

Yes – just click the change membership button in your account. 

 

Can I cancel my membership at any time?  How do I cancel?

Absolutely.  Of course we really hope you like the flexibility and benefits that being able to Play, Swap, Repeat provides and so we hope you remain a customer for years!  

However, if you must, just click on the cancel button in your account.  We will of course be sorry to see you go!  Note that if you have one of our top golf drivers in your possession, we will have to continue your subscription until we receive it back.

 

What happens if I break one of your top golf drivers?

We hope you care for our golf drivers as if you were borrowing them from a friend, and that you'll return the golf driver in much the same way you received it.  We understand of course that there will be some everyday "wear and tear" and there is no additional fee assessed in these instances.  However, if the item is abused, broken beyond everyday "wear and tear" or lost, your account will be charged a reasonable repair or replacement fee.  

 

What happens if I fall and love with one of the top golf driver and want to keep it? Can I buy it?

If you really want to buy it please contact us and we will see if we are able to accommodate your request.  We are all about making our members happy!
